Helping executive leaders elevate their impact and reclaim their life

Why Executive Coaching?

As a top-tier leader, you spend so much of your time helping solve problems for others, and you’re good at it, which is what has allowed you to achieve your current level of success. However, who is helping you solve the challenges that are holding you back?

Does Any of This Sound Like You?

  • Working so hard to get ahead that you have little time to spend with the people who matter most, care for your personal health, or experience activities that bring joy to your life

  • Spending countless hours in meetings but still feeling like you and your team aren’t clear on where you’re headed or how you’re going to get there

  • Knowing you have blind spots that are negatively affecting you or others but struggling to clearly identify and/or address them

  • Feeling you have little control over your weekly schedule because you’re pulled in so many directions

  • Frustrated by repeated attempts to grow your business that regularly fall flat

  • Wondering if all your effort is really making a difference that matters

If this resonates, you’re not alone, and there’s a better way!

What if You Could…

  • Experience clarity and confidence in your decision-making

  • Achieve effectiveness and fulfillment in your leadership

  • Prioritize strategic thinking over constant firefighting

  • Unlock the full potential of your team

  • Get back time for what matters most

…all while finding a healthy, sustainable, and enjoyable rhythm to it all?

I’d love to help you get there…

“Paul has that unique knack for being present to you and really helping to identify the issues in your life. He is a gifted communicator who is adept at asking questions to help guide you to a game plan. He is dedicated to ‘having my back,’ frequently checking in on me via text and always available no matter the storm or season in life.”
- Mike (Founder & CEO of The Bottaro Law Firm, LLC)

A Little About Me

Many claim to coach high-capacity leadership. I’ve lived it.

For well over two decades, I’ve had the honor of leading a wide range of teams as a military officer, corporate leader, executive pastor, and fractional integrator for EOS®-run organizations. Having spent years personally leading at the senior level as well as supporting a variety of business owners and executives, I know firsthand the tension executive leaders feel between making a meaningful difference in the world and enjoying the journey.

These days, I love spending time with my wife and twin boys, whether we’re enjoying a day at the beach, hiking the beautiful trails New England has to offer, cheering on our beloved Boston sports teams, watching a movie, playing games together, or just making each other laugh. I also have a passion for music, enjoy taking in a good concert, and regularly spend time recharging and letting out my inner creativity with a guitar in my hands.

“Paul’s coaching was instrumental in helping me navigate a complex leadership transition. He consistently asked thoughtful, targeted questions that helped uncover blind spots, clarify priorities, and strengthen my approach to key challenges. His coaching style is structured, practical, and focused on driving real insight, not just conversation. He brings an effective balance of accountability and support, which helped me stay on track while building confidence in the role.”
- Lori (COO of Atticus)

My Approach

Is it possible to lead well, realize your potential, and still have time for the people who matter most and activities that bring joy to life? I firmly believe the answer is “Yes!” The challenge is that, with everyone and everything coming at top-tier leaders and all they “can” do, it can be difficult to know what they should do…AND what they should not. What compounds things is that leading at the top can be isolating and leave executives struggling to figure things out on their own.

I’ve learned that confidence, energy, and fulfillment don’t come from a stronger understanding of leadership theory or better mindfulness.

We thrive when we’re aligned.

When you know what matters most and structure your leadership and life around it, you don’t just lead better. You live better.

That’s why I come alongside executives as a trusted copilot to help them cut through the noise and get clear about what it is they really value. From this, we work together to remove blind spots, improve focus, and build the right habits to bring their leadership and life into better alignment, allowing them to make the impact they’re capable of while reclaiming more time for the people and experiences that make life full.

“Paul has been a game-changer in both my professional and personal life. Before working together, I was burnt out and unfulfilled. I felt stuck in an unsustainable cycle. Over time, with Paul’s guidance, I shifted my mindset and began prioritizing my physical and mental health, and with that, clarity in my business followed, ultimately leading to greater success in both work and life.”
